Where to find your Ukrposhta tracking number
- In an SMS or email from Ukrposhta when the shipment is created
- In your account at ukrposhta.ua
- On the receipt from a post office
- In the email from the online store when your order ships
Tip: International Ukrposhta tracking numbers follow the format: two Latin letters + 8 digits + UA (e.g. UA123456789UA or EN123456789UA).
How to track a Ukrposhta parcel on Trackora
- Find the tracking number in your SMS, email or Ukrposhta account

Ukrposhta statuses explained

Note: Ukrposhta stores parcels at post offices for 30 days. After that, the parcel is returned to the sender.
