- Can I start for free?
- Yes. The free plan includes up to 5 active parcels and full access to core tracking features. No credit card required.
- What happens when I reach the 5-parcel limit?
- You can keep tracking your existing parcels, but you cannot add new ones without upgrading to Premium or moving parcels to the archive.
- How do email and Telegram notifications work?
- Every 30 minutes the system checks the status of all your parcels. When a status changes you instantly receive a notification by email and/or Telegram — depending on your settings.
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Absolutely. You can cancel through the Customer Portal (Subscription tab in your account). After cancellation Premium remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Why is the annual plan better than monthly?
- The annual plan works out to around €2.07 per month — that is 31 % cheaper than the monthly rate. You save over €10 per year.
- How does API access work?
- Premium users can create API keys in the settings section. Via the API you can programmatically add parcels, retrieve statuses, and integrate tracking into your own services.
- Is a refund available?
- If you are unhappy with the service within the first 7 days of payment — email hello@trackoraapp.com and we will refund you, no questions asked.
